Toy Collection offers a variety of services and rentals to pull the most response from your direct mail promotions. We are happy to consult with you on services that best meet your needs for customer retention and prospecting. Contact us to discuss options for your store.
Please note Holiday Catalog mailing list rental selections and store files need to be received by June 15 to participate with our printer's mailing service. Secondary mailings can be scheduled for late arriving lists for an additional fee at basic postal rates.
Click here to request list servicesSource codes for your rental names are printed along with names on the mailing panel of your mailed promotions. With a coupon on your back cover, you'll be able to track the response to your mailing by the demographic selections of your rented list.
Rent names for a single mailing, or save with 12 months of unlimited use. Multiple-use mailing lists may be used with any of your promotional mailings, not just Toy Collection catalogs & flyers.
Rented Mailing Lists: Select households by zip codes, income levels, parents (kids 0-10, or 0-5 years), grandparents (age 55+) $70 /thousand one-time use - $100 /thousand unlimited 12-month use $300 minimum - 15% discount 30,000+
Resident/Occupant Lists: Select carrier routes and mail to all households in those neighborhoods for discounted postal rates. $20 /thousand (one-time use only) $100 minimum - 15% discount 30,000+
Merge/Purge Service: Combines multiple mailing list files (i.e. store + rental) and removes duplicates to save on postage and catalog expense. $225 for 2 lists - add $30 for each additional file - add $75 files 50,000+ records Rush fee of $100 applies to Holiday Catalog lists sent after June 24
Append Service: Compile multiple lists into single files without de-duplication service. $30 per additional file.
List Clean-Up or other file manipulation: $60/hour
NCOA: National Change of Address crosschecks your store mailing list against USPS move files to get updated addresses for your customers that may have moved in the last 18 months. 48 month service is also available, and is recommended when your file has not been updated in the last 2 years. We recommended this be an annual service. 18month NCOA: $75 up to 10,000 records - $100 up to 20,000 records - $150 up to 35,000 records 48 month NCOA: $125 up to 10,000 records - $185 up to 20,000 records - $275 up to 35,000 records
Note: NCOA service does NOT REMOVE DUPLICATE records. See our merge/purge service for details on de-duplication service. Any additional data processing required to be able to work with your file will be billed at a rate of $60/hour. Allow 3 days for turnaround on your file for either 18 or 48 month NCOA service.
